This was a wonderful experience. The tasting with Nina was not only a culinary delight, but also a very educational experience, as she taught us about the history of Prosecco, Balsamic Vinegar, and Truffle. How they are made, stored and rated! Thank you Nina for a FABULOUS time!! Patrick was an excellent instructor in teaching us the art of making Pasta! His humor and passion took 16 people from Australia, Ireland, USA, Portugal, and created an environment that made us a little family!

My husband and I took the pasta and spritz class! It was so much fun! Sunny was our instructor and she was hilarious. The vibe was fantastic and everyone in the class was amazing. I recommend for either a solo trip or a couples date night.

This cooking class was a highlight of my Rome trip! Our first host Liese was phenomenal! She educated us as we got to try some Italian staples and she was so funny. Making the tiramisu and pasta from scratch was a blast and everything was provided. The best part was the amazing friends I made from all around the world! Definitely recommend this cooking class! Especially if you want to make new friends, eat good food, and have wonderful memories!

Honestly, I had NO idea making pasta from scratch could be this much fun. Came solo, sorta nervous, but Angela made everyone feel like old friends. She even remembered everyone’s names (how??). Pro tip: don’t wear black—flour gets EVERYWHERE. The tiramisu at the end was next-level good, I’m still dreaming of it. Went home with a full belly and some new kitchen skills. Def coming back if I ever make it to Rome again.

Angela’s energy was off the charts. She kept the jokes coming and made sure no one felt lost in the steps, even my dad who usually just microwaves everything. Loved the music (Italian pop, super catchy), and the wine was flowing. We made tagliatelle and ravioli—mine looked a bit wonky but tasted DELISH. Book this if ur in Rome, seriously.

Went with my bf for date night and it was suuuper cute. Class size was a bit bigger than I thought (like 14 ppl?) so it got a lil loud, but that added to the vibe honestly. Angela showed us how to crack eggs with one hand (I failed big time lol). Only downside: could’ve used more time for questions at the end.

If you’re not sure about doing a cooking class, JUST DO IT. I dragged my two teens and they actually smiled (miracle). Angela kept things light and even let us have a mini pasta battle. The carbonara recipe is now a staple at home. Loved every minute.

The best part of our Italy trip, hands down. Family of 5, all ages, and somehow everyone was entertained the whole time. Angela is a STAR—funny, patient, and always making sure we had wine in our hands. The space is smallish but super cozy. Bring an appetite!

Booked this pasta and tiramisu class as a treat for my boyfriend and me. Gotta say, it was wayyyy more fun than I expected. Chef Marzia was so chill and funny – she didn’t mind when I messed up my dough (twice lol). The kitchen got a little WARM with all of us rolling and mixing, but tbh made it feel kinda homey. Met a couple from Canada who kept making pasta snakes. The tiramisu part was my fave – super creamy and not too sweet. Only thing, wish we could take more pics during the actual cooking, but they said it messes with timing. Still, we left full and happy and my boyfriend keeps bragging he’s a pasta master now. Def worth it if ur in Rome!

Loved it but wish we’d had more sauce options. Pasta turned out way better than I expected for a first-timer. Angela was really helpful with my poor dough skills. Would def recommend just for her energy alone.

Angela’s pasta class is LEGENDARY. Came with 4 friends and we all agreed this was the highlight of our week in Rome. Even the grumpy one left smiling. Huge shoutout for the gluten-free options! The tiramisu was a bonus I didn’t know I needed.

Went solo and was a bit nervous but the group vibe was soooo friendly. Chef Gaia made everyone laugh and didn’t judge my weird pasta shapes (mine looked like tiny hats for ants). The only downside was it started 10 min late cuz one family was running late, but they made up for it by giving us extra wine. Weather outside was hot but inside was surprisingly cool. Would go again just for the tiramisu. Cheers guys!

The class was good but kinda rushed at the end. Felt like we had to scarf our food to make room for the next group. Angela is lovely though and the actual cooking part was super fun.

Fun, messy, and super tasty. Don’t wear your fanciest clothes—pasta making is hands-on! Angela helped my kid (he’s 8) make perfect noodles. The only thing I’d say is the class ran a little long, so don’t make dinner plans right after.

My friends and I (group of 6) booked this for a bachelorette thing and it was HILARIOUS. Angela kept the prosecco coming and let us play our own music for a bit. We got flour EVERYWHERE, no regrets. Would do again!

I’m not much of a cook but this made me wanna try more at home. Angela is a pasta wizard and the vibe was so chill. Met some cool people from Canada and South Africa too. 10/10.

The pasta class was EXACTLY what I needed after days of sightseeing. Chill, tasty, and I learned so much. Angela even gave us tips on where to eat in the city. Loved her!
