The title is misleading which should be obvious, the boat ride is with the regular ferry leaving you with a rather lengthy walk from Lenno docks to Villa Del Balbianello. However, everything was delivered as expeced and we faced no problems entering the villa, the price was just a bit more expensive than what 5 stars would warrant.

It was great and beautiful I just wish they could have cleared people out of the way under the arches so we could take photos

Had a super fun time, but be prepared for a two hour plus ferry ride to get there. You stop at each little town along the way.

Simple set up, nice to have time to see everything without rushing back to meet everyone

I did not receive the confirmation email nor did I receive the ferry tickets and instructions. Nobody wait for me at the meeting point so I missed my trip.

Rip-off do not use. Non responsive, no guides available. Poor instructions and TOTAL lack of information

Booking tickets with a return ferry was so much easier than trying to catch a ferry as they are first come first served to buy tickets. You walk straight into the villa past a line 1-2hrs for tickets. Beware it is a very hilly walk into the gardens themselves but a beautiful experience.

The view was amazing

The ferry was fab and very easy to navigate, once we arrived in lenno we followed the sign and took us straight to the Villa. We went early so we beat the heat leaving the walk up to the Villa a lot easier. We had time to get lunch by the lake before getting the ferry back to Bellagio.

This tour essentially involved pre-purchasing ferry and garden entrance tickets. Get your Guide sent you the tickets and that was the extent of their involvement. We could have purchased the tickets ourselves the same day for about a third of what we paid. The only difference was we had the tickets all set the night before.

Finding the right boat a bit challenging, but oversl good

It was a beautiful ferry ride! They had it all setup! The town of Lenno was wonderful and had an open market going! The Villa del Balbianello is a pretty hardy hike. Not for the faint at heart. I believe there is a shuttle boat over to the base of the Villa that could make it easier. The Villa is all steps. Beautiful views and gardens.
