I have done several tours with Headout in Italy and everything has gone very smoothly.

Very good high-altitude trip experience, we appreciated the guide who spoke three languages. The driver—because you could definitely say he was a pilot—took us down at record speed. Hold on tight in the trucks, it's pretty bumpy! Otherwise, a very good experience, I recommend it.

Mount Vesuvius is totally worth the winding drive. Great day with unforgettable views of Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples, and the Bay of Sorrento.

The setting is beautiful and atmospheric, but the time we were given was really far too short to make the most of it... We only had about an hour to reach the crater, enjoy the site, and get back down to the bus... Ridiculous.

The Mountain was closed as a storm broke out. Headout refused to refund me. I paid to go to a venue that was shut. Terrible service. Really terrible to sell something that is not open. Never book through this company!

Everything went great. We also booked a parking space and took the shuttle bus to the top. Highly recommended!

It was all very easy and we were well looked after, shown where to go both before and after our ascent to the top. The hour and a half flew by

The trip started on time with a driver that made the trip a blast on the way up the mountian and down, The timing gave you more than enough time to make it up to see the crater, take in the views and get back down. We enjoyed the experience,

Delayed starting. Explanation (traffic) is not acceptable if someone is diving regularly in Napoli. On site chaos when starting, chaos when coming back. Agents were running around like poisoned mice. The gentleman was nice, the lady not. Would not suggest this company for an organised ( better to say, disirganised) tour.

We arrived an hour late due to a train issue, and within minutes they found a solution to get us on our way to Mount Vesuvius.

The tour was really just a bus transfer with Vesuvius tickets included, so not great value for money.

Pickup right outside Pompeii so easy to get to, prompt collection after our tour and drop off near the train station was ideal.

Although it was exhausting walking steeply uphill to the crater, the view and the crater of Mount Vesuvius were amazing to see.
