Our pick up in Bari was on time in a air conditioned mini bus, we arrived at Polignano a mare and followed the instructions to meet our guide Silvia who walked us through the town giving us detailed information while stopping off a various cafes to sample local food and drinks. After the tour we had free time to explore a little more. We then boarded the mini bus to go to Alberabello, we were met at the bus and introduced to our guide who showed us around the trulli houses with in depth explanation, once again after the tour we had free time. Then back to our bus back to Bari. A long day but worth every minute. We would recommend.
