Basilica di San Pietro: Ingresso Riservato, Cupola e Audioguida

I have already contacted your support team, on the day, as there was nobody at the meeting point to give us our tickets. As a result we couldn't get in. We contemplated joining the public queue but by that time the queue was so long we wouldn't have had time to get in and then make it on time for our next booked tickets. As a result, we completely missed St Peter's Basilica and going to the top of the dome. We couldn't go back the next day as we were flying home. I am a Christian and was so looking forward to the experience. That is why we booked tickets, so we didn't have to join the main queue. We wanted the security of knowing we would get in. The whole thing was a disaster and our trip was spoilt. I am so bitterly disappointed about what happened and will never be travelling to Rome again so have missed what should have been a experience to create a wonderful life long memory.

Bought the tickets didn't realize the date was October since I was looking at November. Booked it and got insurance then realized the date was October 18 not November 18, 2026 I called them immediately before tickets were released tried to cancel them nothing just out the money for 3 people. Be careful booking through head out they cheat you out your money. This is my SECOND bad experience. It states you have 24 hours to cancel I cancelled with 5 min still took my money . Don't trust them. Use other booking sights.

A disaster! The company Italia Explorer, or Viva Roma Tours as it is called now, is not recommended at all!! We booked a guide and a pass to the basilica, and they didn't even show up at the scheduled time! They didn't answer our phone calls. A real disaster! We mentioned it to another company, and they told us there were always problems with these people! DO NOT BOOK!! They are scammers
