Hi, when you’re asking - the experience with these tickets is quite poor - at the entrance we were asked to go back to the ticket office and we had to pay surcharge of 11 ,-€… So - no skip the line, surcharge payment and not very polite staff - ironic comments on confused tourists are not very helpful…

Non sono riuscito a utilizzare il biglietto senza pagare un supplemento.

Ho acquistato un biglietto in buona fede. Sono poi arrivato in un giorno in cui l'ingresso era gratuito. Nonostante avessi un biglietto pagato, sono stato costretto ad aspettare in fila per trenta minuti per entrare. Mi dovrebbe essere rimborsato il biglietto pagato.

They made me pay an additional fee to validate a payment I had already made. What a letdown. I went in to check it out, but I wasn't in the mood. I left earlier than planned. What a shame. I'll think twice about shopping online again. I'm sorry.

Non si trattava di biglietti, ma di buoni, quindi dopo aver fatto una fila, ho dovuto farne un'altra per cambiare i buoni con i biglietti, per poi tornare di nuovo alla prima fila per entrare. Ho anche dovuto pagare un supplemento di 9 euro. Non userò più questo servizio!
