So awesome. Great tour: +1: drove way up high and walked to the crater. It looked like a lunar landscape.

Ticket was not confirmed by the local company so we didnt get acces to the tour. Very dissapointing. Hope we get our money back!

It's horrible headout, they sold me tickets for an excursion to etna 9.90€ more expensive than on the official website of the cable car, it was canceled due to bad weather and they didn't want me and there was no way to recover the money, 89.90€ thrown away, headout is despicable, don't ever think of buying here.

Convenient booking option. Quick and everything worked as described. We managed to get priority / fast track tickets instantaneously while standing in a long line.

I find it very expensive, the access to the top (80€) and then you can't even see the lava! Only a little smoke coming out of the ground.... Unbelievable. It is a robbery!

Priority boarding was fabulous and our guide was very informative! This was a highlight of our trip to Sicily.

The tour was good, few more people than we expected, the knowledge was excellent, and answered all my strange questions. The early morning tour meant the staff were still getting ready, so knowing where to go needed asking, but staff were friendly and happy to answer.

Everything went smoothly, online tickets were sent in good time and everything was perfectly organized on site. Thank you for the great experience of being able to experience Mount Etna so directly.
