I arrived 5 minutes late because they did not indicate that it was on a street and when I arrived they were already gone in that a person that I asked tried to help me to take me to the entrance to find the guide which we did not find him at the entrance and he tried to sell me other tickets. I booked 3 tours with Headout plus this one and in the others we waited for other people between 15 and 20 minutes, it was absurd. 100% disappointed with their directions and I even think they do it on purpose so that one has to buy the tickets again.
