Juliana was amazing! So pleasant and knowledgeable. It was so well planned and a beautiful experience in Venice! We were collected from the hotel, taken onto the train, toured Venice and brought all the way back to our hotel. Thank you Juliana!!!!

Our Venice day trip was unforgettable despite the 38‑degree heat. Monica, our guide, made the whole experience smooth and meaningful. She picked us up on time, got us to Roma Termini, and the first‑class train ride was comfortable. Venice was beautiful but a maze, and the heat was intense. Monica guided us through hidden spots, shared history, and kept us going with patience and care. Lunch wasn’t included, but her restaurant recommendation was perfect and the food was delicious. The gondola ride was iconic, even in the heat. St Mark’s Square was buzzing with a concerto setup. By afternoon we were exhausted, but Monica stayed calm and organised. The ferry ride back was a relief, and she even got us into the lounge to cool down before the train. A long, hot day — but Venice was stunning, and Monica made it worthwhile.
