Napoli: Pass 3 Giorni con Pompei, Musei e Trasporti

The pass was difficult to use around the places it allowed. Some places I had to show them that they were on the list of sites out app should gain us access, then they would finally scan my QR code. The app isn't very clear on many things, including the transport on the train. After arguing with staff at the app about how my train ticket was activated by accident, they finally helped me, but not without telling me how its my fault and they are going above and beyond to fix the mistake. Not my problem. I got in touch with them as soon as I discovered my error due to the app not being clear....never mind the time limit for the tickets. Our return tickets expired before we could use them. But the transit system in Naples is unreliable to say the least. Busses rarely follow the schedule, are over loaded. The app needs to be a one QR code and done type set up. having 2 different QR codes to use depending on where you are, nevermind the bad internet signal, everywhere.
