Deposito bagagli a Firenze: lascia i bagagli e visita la città

Nothing to say. Practical and safe.

Located from of hotel. Expected me to push luggage through a small window where attendant was sitting.

Very easy to use an super convenient location right by the train station.

It was good

It was good once the location was provided. I wish they mention location in the description before. But regardless, the experience of depositing luggage was smooth. We even had extra bags and we were accommodated gracefully.

Quick and easy.

Good

We couldn’t even use it because the drop off point in the app was completely wrong. When we learned that we had to go to another location it was no where close to where we thought we booked. If you use this service be mindful that whatever location you select may not be close to it at all.

Great!

We were charged dditional for allegedly having a lot of bags. after I explained that we had total of 4 reservations qith 2 bags each we were told we needed to bay additional €12 euros.

Great storage, close to centre

We had extra bags, and they were able to store those as well! We walked up to the window, quickly got our bags out of the way, and went to grab a good meal!

Alles verlief reibungslos.
