Da Sorrento: Traghetto A/R per Capri e Positano

We booked this trip knowing it only included the ferry crossings, but it was much more convenient than purchasing separate ferry tickets ourselves and saved us both time and hassle. We had no problems exchanging our voucher for ferry tickets, and the boarding process was straightforward. The only downside was the amount of time in Positano. We only had around an hour there, whereas 2 to 2.5 hours would have allowed us to explore and enjoy the town much more.

Terrible. The main reason I booked this trip was because we liked the idea of going to Positano as we had booked another at Amalfi. We arrived fine in Capri, however when we got on the ferry to go to Positano they told us we were going to Amalfi and that we couldn’t go to Positano. No reason was given to us, it was as if our tickets or day trip wasn’t even a thing. Terrible customer service as we weren’t taken seriously at all. Absolute scam after what we paid.

Siamo andati a Capri da Sorrento e fin li é stato tutto meraviglioso, alle 15:45 avevamo il traghetto per Positano e alle 17:45 si tornava a Sorrento, siamo arrivati un pó prima al porto di Capri e siamo andati ad informarci con il personale che lavorava nel traghetto, uno di loro ci ha preso i biglietti a strappato la parte che gli serviva (da tutti i biglietti) e ci ha detto che eravamo nel traghetto giusto… invece qual traghetto che doveva andare a Positano é tornato a Sorrento, é stata veramente una mancanza di responsabilità e di attenzione da parte del personale!!!! Poi hanno provato a rimediare dicendoci di stare nel traghetto e aspettare che tornasse a Capri poi sarebbe ripartito per Positano ma eravamo già troppo stanchi per rifare lo stesso viaggio… Spero che la prossima volta stiano più attenti perché purtroppo abbiamo pagato il tour per conoscere Capri e Positano e invece siamo andati solo a Capri… sono rimasta molto delusa dall’accaduto.
