Our guide was very informative (sorry but have forgotten his name) - extremely knowledgeable about artworks and history as he was a painter. Great to have skip-the-line access due to crowds, and absolutely amazing to see Statue of David in person! We considered the guided tour very good value as it was a late booking - even though it was free museum entry (being the first Sunday of the month), we certainly didn’t regret our decision to pay for a guided tour as we maximised our time in Florence and gained great insights into many of the artworks, which was definitely money well spent - thank you.
