Disappointing. A few hours before the tour, Mario called to reschedule due to supposed car issues. As it was my last day in Rome, I asked for a refund, but he later confirmed the original time. I arrived 15 minutes early as asked, but no one was there. About 20 minutes later, a convertible arrived with tourists, so the “car issue” seemed untrue. The car was in very poor condition: dirty floor, empty bottles, broken mirror and seat. There are multiple cars but only one photographer, so we waited around 30 minutes just to take two photos. My first photo was taken after 30 minutes. The description says 25 photos; as a couple who paid twice, we expected around 50, but received only 30, many poorly taken. It felt like I was treated poorly because I didn’t agree to reschedule the tour. The driver didn’t speak to us at all. At stops, there were long queues for the photos. The tour lasted only 1 hour, not the advertised 1.5–2 hours. And only 2 short stops.
