This was a very informative and authentic Puglia experience. Simone was warm, welcoming, informative and a great teacher. She provided much useful information about food and culture not only in Phil’s, but in Italy in general. The whole experience felt like we were valued guests rather than a bunch of people who paid for a cooking lesson. The food was plentiful, so was the wine.
