Combo Leonardo Express + Roma Pass 48 ore

Honestly, I had to leave urgently because I was running late and needed to catch my train at Termini. The gentleman at the entrance could easily have let us board—the train hadn't even left yet—which he didn't do, causing us to miss our train at Roma Termini. Total indifference!

Comfortable trip, train on time, everything was good

We were greeted and escorted to the gate by Martina Cimmino She was very nice and professional I will be booking with you on my next visit in March

Leonardo Express is the best way to reach downtown Rome from Fiumicino airport. It's cheap, fast and very easy to book and pay for online.

I think isnt worth what I paid.

Nothing!! Best forgotten. I will definitely never use Headout again and will advise against it.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I was unable to take the trip at all, so unfortunately I cannot leave a review.

The round Trip on the Leonardo was very pleasant. The Traums arrived on time, and I was able to book my Tickets online in advance, which was great. Hörverlust, the Walk through the Airport from the arrivals area to the Train Terminal was quite long. You dhould allow an extra 10 minutes for this. The Price was reasonable at 14 Euros.

10/10 no issues whatsoever perfect service

Terrible! It was impossible to transfer the ticket to the app, and support was terrible too. I wouldn't have had all these problems if I had booked directly with Trenitalia, and I would have saved €6.

I wasn't able to use my pass. I had to buy tickets again. I'm going to strongly advise against buying passes from Headout on all social media and on the Guide du Routard.

It is quite a distance prom the terminal to the train station but it is worth. Child under 11 was travelling free. Train was new, quiet and we were in time in Rome. We took also train back which was 5 minutes late, but we did get the plane. :)

I wanted to book entrance tickets for Villa Borghese for December 24. I was able to do so and paid €253 for 4 tickets. Today, a staff member at Villa Borghese told me that bookings for December aren't open yet. Does this mean the money I paid is for nothing? I'm afraid I've been scammed and paid for nothing.

Because of the marathon we could not get a bus to tour ( we're not running) and taxi's could not get us there. Money spent for nothing!!!! Would like a refund.
