Combo Leonardo Express andata + Biglietti Galleria Borghese

Highly recommend staying away from this company. Outright lie to you, when buying a ticket it says refundable and changeable at the top then when purchased says no refunds or changes, customer support could not help either uselessly covering a discount for future purchases as if I would make the same mistake twice. AVOID

On time and not too crowded on Wednesday

Very good, excellent, and very productive.

It was quite fantastic experience. We just came out of airport and took the train to Rome terminus with Leonardo express. It was not only comfortable but a pleasant experience. Same while returning from Rome to Rome Internatiknal airport simple no confusion. It's the best services offered. It saves time.

The experience was great, fast.

easy to find and use fast and efficient would not travel into Rome centre any other way from aitport

Great! Good and fast connection thanks to the tickets ordered online.

Simple and fast, very practical, no waiting.

Booked tickets for 10:38. Got tickets for 10:53, which wasnt clearly mentioned. We got on the 10:38 train and our tickets got checked in the 10:38 train, they said our ticket times were incorrect, and we had to pay 10 euros extra to "change" the times on the spot. I want a refund.

Great train and service begweeen the terminal and airport! It was on time and very smooth, and finding the train was quite easy! Would recommend for travel!!!

The train wasn't running, so we had to find another way to get there. I couldn't select a reason, so I just chose something at random.

It was easy and very reliable, not a very long ride. Thanks!

I was not informed that I was not directly on the railway company's store. You scammed me. Suddenly there was a booking fee for zero added value.

Very good. The train was very punctual and clean.

It was a little bit difficult to find the Leonardo Express at the airport but after that, there were no problems to enter it and to store the luggahe. The travel begins absolut in time and after half an hour we arrived Roma Termini. The only real minus was the overfilled train - I ask me "why have I to book a timeslot?"!

Excellent service! The Leonardo Express is fast, comfortable, and punctual. In about 30 minutes, you arrive directly at Termini station from the airport, completely stress-free. Clean train and friendly staff. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great, timely service. It was a no brainer. Really appreciate your outstanding service, thank you.

Was easy to work out where I needed to go
