The view of the fountain was good, and it was nice to sit and have a drink and see it from up high. It would have been nicer if the windows were a bit cleaner, and we had to wait for a table by the window as it was full when we arrived. The snacks were ok, but overall for the price we felt it could have been a bit cleaner and nicer, but with the Trevi Fountain ticket included too, and at this time of day it was good.

We waited as per the email confirmation for a guide to collect us from the meeting point, no one turned up so we had to make our own way to what we thought was the correct hotel, it was cramped, hot and no air conditioning, it was enclosed and the table was at the back of the room the only way to see the fountain was to stand up, the lady serving drinks was very unfriendly not what we expected at all, and not something i would recommend, very poor and not worth the money
