Livorno: Escursione a Firenze con Ingresso all'Accademia

Really good but too much waiting around

A very good trip. We kept with the walking tour of Florence which in hindsight I feel was our mistake. It was too stop start and slow for me. My wife felt a bit unsure hence why we stayed with the guide. The guide was great and very considerate to all and this is not a criticism of the your. The coach back took us direct to our ship.

Transport (bus) was poor, a little tired with unreliable air con an iffy seat belts.

The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable

Kiyko was incredible. He was funny, informative and really helpful during our trip. I recommend this tour for anyone and hope that you get Kiyko as your tour leader.

Great communication with our guide Natalie. Though she had a coach full of visitors all with different itineraries she managed to sort everyone out. Very hot weather conditions didn’t help. Overall a great day and great value for money.

Great guide (Alessandro). Prompt departures as promised. Very uncomfortable bus - I felt every bump on the road .

Plenty of time to explore Florence, it was not guided, so free to do what you wanted.

Great value for transportation to Florence to explore on our own! On-time departure and arrival. Much better price than the cruise ship offered. Sufficient amount of time in Florence to explore. Would recommend.

It was great! Alessandro was a very good tour guide, very helpful and organized. We didn't get the 'complimentary glass of wine' tho 🤔 we left the group for a couple of hours to do the Academia tour maybe that's when they had the free wine 😁.

Our guide was wonderful. He was thoughtful and took his time with us.

We only opted for the coach , not the walking tour. The guide seemed good and very friendly. However, despite our numerous attempts to convince him otherwise, he believed our all aboard time was 19:00 and not the 18:00 we knew. To e fair, the error could have been with Cunard, his won company or himself.

Great value, Alessandro was a fabulous guide, highly recommend this tour

Mattia was great!

I only did the transformation option and not the walking tour. The guide was fine and provided some basic information. My main issue was that we only left at 10:25 which was 40 minutes late. On the way back they decided to drop us off at the port and not the town center for some reason.

The tour was good but usually we get a guide that talks about places and buildings as we pass them on the drive. There was none of that. Same with the walking tour. He was not going to talk about anything so we went on or own.

Our guide was absolutely wonderful. The timing was great and she loved us through the crowd like a real pro. Transportation was really good too. Perfect for our needs with the highlights and some free time.
