   Passaggio

An adventure in history for children and families. With simple and engaging language, a guide tells stories of gladiators, emperors, and spectacles of ancient Rome. The children will discover the amphitheater seen in movies and books: they will walk through the corridors, observe the arena from above, and imagine the audience, the trumpets, and the fights. The guide will explain the hoists and holes, illustrate the graffiti, and tell about the cats that inhabit the monument. The route includes the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. Among temples, columns, and imperial residences, the Guide will bring Roman daily life back to life: public speeches, voices of merchants, the scents of spices and togas along the streets. Historical and fictional stories, like that of Flavia, a little girl who dreams of seeing her favorite gladiator, will bring the little ones closer to the past. Clear explanations, questions, and curiosities will stimulate their imagination, involving adults in a fun visit for the whole family.
