Meeting in Trani at the meeting point (Piazza Re Manfredi) and departure in a comfortable minivan towards a splendid typical masseria immersed in the quiet of the Alta Murgia, at the foot of Castel del Monte. Here you will participate in an engaging practical cooking class with a Bakery Boss: you will learn the secrets of the traditional dough with flour, white wine, and extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, hand-shaping, and the typical double cooking (boiling and oven). At the end, you will enjoy a rich convivial aperitif with freshly baked warm taralli, a selection of local products, and excellent Apulian wine. At the end of the experience, I return to Trani in a minivan.
