There will be no extra expenses during the experience: each ticket is already included in the price, allowing you to enjoy the tour with complete peace of mind, without worries or additional costs. Our organization handles everything in advance, ensuring a complete, clear, and transparent service.
Ours is an extra service: for any information or need, you must contact our guides exclusively and not the museum ticket desk. We also ask you to respect the meeting time: there is a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes, after which the tour will start and it will no longer be possible to participate, resulting in the loss of the admission ticket and the guide service.

For any information, clarification, or need, you must contact only our dedicated staff, who are recognizable and present outside, waiting in front of the ticket desk. Our guides will be available to assist you every step of the way.
It is important not to contact the museum ticket desk for any reason, as it is not authorized to provide information or support related to our service. We also ask you to strictly adhere to the appointment time: there is a maximum grace period of 5 minutes. Once this limit has been exceeded, it will no longer be possible to join the tour, resulting in the loss of the entry ticket and the right to the guide service, with no possibility of a refund.
