The use of trekking shoes or suitable footwear is mandatory (access will not be allowed with flip-flops, sandals, slippers or other unsuitable footwear).

However, if we believe the conditions are unfavorable, we will consider whether to proceed, postpone, or cancel the hike, always with the aim of ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants. Bad weather does not automatically mean the tour will be canceled.
Change of the booked day and time: the ticket is valid only for the date and time specified and cannot be changed.
Delay tolerance: There is a maximum waiting time of 5 minutes after the departure time. After this time, it will no longer be possible to join the tour.
In the event of cancellation of the tour by the organization, for any reason, a full refund will be provided or the option to reschedule the experience will be offered.
