5pm 3 Hour TourNice individual was sent to drive the cart. DISASTER He was not a guide and perhaps it was his first time driving the cart as he didn’t know how to honk or how to get to St. Peter’s Basilica. I should have assumed that something was wrong when the morning before “the person in charge of managing the golf carts for Royal Tours “ called with some story about public events would cause traffic so he could encounter traffic so he wanted to move the meeting time from 5pm to 6pm. At 2:30pm, a young man contacted us offering a 4pm with some other story. We agreed on 5:30pm, from the 6pm they wanted and Booked 5pm. The driver arrived at 5:44pm, drove around three of the nine points on the itinerary. The tour lasted two hour and thirty minutes because the driver received a call from his boss indicating it was a two hour tour not three as announced.
