Venice: Doge's Palace Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

Très intéressante , la guide , Martina qvqit un excellent Français et répondait bien aux questions. Négatif: nous étions au point de rencontre , personne ne nous a interpellé , j’ai attrapé le guide qui partait avec des gens car il n’était pas identifié. Je pense qu’un couple qui attendait près de nous est parti car personne venqit nous parler pour nous demander si nous étions là pour la visite.

Es war interessant und die Führenden hat auch jede SitzGelegenheit gesucht und gefunden. Denn „Kultur lässt sich am besten im Sitzten genießen“ fand ich sehr angenehm. Dir Ausführungen wäre. gründlich und interessant. Der Treffpunkt war zwar auf der Anderen Seite des Markusplatzes und auch die Gruppe war relativ groß, ca 20 Personen, aber es war gut.

We were really looking forward to our tour but unfortunately it was so rushed and rapid we barely felt like we learned anything. We were rushed through every room and the guide gave little background information, context, and skipped major sights such as the Golden staircase! She left people behind several times in her rush and complained about tourists throughout. If you choose the tour because you don’t know much of the history and want to learn (like we did) I would definitely not recommend this rushed and brief experience. We definitely felt our money was wasted and I would’ve learned much more reading the signs in the rooms or online. If you do know the context and history (like other members of the group) you will probably be disappointed by the guides speed as well. It was also difficult to understand for native English speakers through the headset given she gave no time for pauses or questions. Otherwise, the tour was timely and meeting point close to the sight.
