Angelo was a phenomenal tour guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable, wonderful to be around, and went above and beyond to make sure our entire group felt safe and completely taken care of. 5/5 stars—highly recommend! unfortunately we did not see the sunset as we arrived on mount Etna and needed torch to walk up as it was already 830pm

The tour was amazing. The vastness of etna is unimaginable. Stefano our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much. Definitely need proper footwear, and it is significantly cooler. Hike is definitely challenging, but spectacular

Helt igennem fantastisk tur.. vores guide Lorenzo var utrolig sød og meget hjælpsom. Han var en dygtig guide som fortalte spændende historier fra Etna og det omkringliggende område. På de stejle skråninger og små stier sørgede han hele tiden for at alle var trygge. Vi havde en helt magisk oplevelse som vi vil anbefale til alle…

Our guide was amazing! So knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Loved the volcano and all the information. Only negative would be the food options as it was dinner time and we had kids with us.

Nous avons passé un super moment avec Florence qui est vraiment une super guide ! Les explications étaient clairs et l’ambiance était au rendez vous ! Je trouve cependant le prix excessif pour l’activité, si vous avez une voiture, montez directement au 2000m vous pourrez vous baladez librement en haut sans besoin d’un guide.

Très bonne expérience, un grand merci à Florence pour sa gentillesse et son partage de connaissances à propos de l’Etna. Je recommande fortement.
