Guided Cinque Terre Kayak Tour: Monterosso to Vernazza

Lilly and Ali we WERE AMAZING!! The girls were Very personable and knowledgeable about the interesting history of the cinque terre. It was a bonus having a marine biologist as a guide to give an even deeper (pun intended) understanding of the Mediterranean Sea. There were just enough history breaks to give your bodies little paddle breaks and the special treats and trivia questions were a nice touch. Thank you ladies, keep up the great work!! Ciao!

Lily was an amazing tour guide! She knew so much knowledge of the local area and her enthusiasm for the kayaking and the lovely Cinque Terre, made the trip relaxed, fun and totally enjoyable. I have not paddled for YEARS and my daughter has hardly done any, but we felt safe with Lily’s guidance. It was lovely seeing the beautiful coast line from the sea. This kayak tour was one of the best experiences of our trip to Monterosso! The views of the Cinque Terre coastline from the water were absolutely breathtaking and offered a perspective you simply can't get from land. One of the highlights was stopping at a beautiful secluded cove where we had time to swim in the crystal-clear water and soak in the incredible scenery. The fresh local focaccia and wine were the perfect touch and made the experience feel even more authentic and relaxing. What truly made the tour exceptional, though, was our guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, its history, and the coastline, sharing interesting facts throughout the tour. He was also genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The combination of amazing views, kayaking, swimming, delicious food and wine, and a fantastic guide made this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Monterosso or Cinque Terre.

Friendly guide who shared a lot of interesting history about the area and the sights we saw. It was my first time using a “sit-on-top” double kayak — a bit unusual at first, but really fun. I’m more used to paddling a single sea kayak. We made a short stop in Vernazza before paddling back, with a lovely swim along the way for those who wanted 🤩 Highly recommended!
