Total Immersion Wine Tour in Chianti

Wir hatten hier quasi eine private Tour. Wir waren die einzigen zwei Personen. Um zu dem Weingut zu kommen, muss man über einen nicht befestigten Weg fahren. Hier sollte man ein bisschen aufpassen, mit dem Auto. Es wurde uns alles für die Weinherstellung erklärt und wir durften Wein, Olivenöl und Honig probieren. Das hat alles super geschmeckt.

Francesco was a fabulous guide. Very knowledgeable, passionate about their winery. This is a small, family owned “boutique” winery. Their process is much different from the larger wineries and it was very interesting. The wine tasting was very fun. Six different wines were tasted. A lovely plate of cheese, meat and bread was also served. We also enjoyed the ride to the winery. We were really in the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommend!

Put up shades on the roof! Other than that it was a lovely time. We learned a lot- loved the black rooster story! The wine was delicious, the winery is beautiful. It is a challenge to get to- narrow roads, twisty turns, and large rain water ruts! We were concerned getting there about where we were going but afterward we were so glad we did it! The tasting part was especially delightful
