From Sorrento: Capri Boat Trip with Limoncello Tasting

O passeio cumpre o que está na descrição, sem grandes surpresas. O transfer busca no ponto de encontro mais próximo da hospedagem e leva até o porto, onde a equipe entrega os bilhetes e faz o check-in. A travessia até Capri é feita num barco grande e compartilhado, basicamente um transporte de ferry comum com bastante gente. Chegando na ilha, eles entregam um mapa, dão as orientações básicas e combinam o horário de retorno. Você passa várias horas sozinho por lá por sua conta, a menos que pague uma taxa extra por um tour guiado. No horário marcado, o grupo se reúne para fazer a volta de barco ao redor da ilha. De volta ao porto, na agência de turismo, eles servem limoncello enquanto você espera o ferry para retornar a Sorrento.

There were good parts of our trip and some we were not pleased with. The positives included the ferry ride, chair lift (not included in price of tour), the boat ride and swim. The less than optimal was the timing of events. By the time we landed on Capri and received instructions about the buses and when to return for our boat/swim, we had 4 hours to explore. We were instructed to return for our boat ride at 2:15 PM which interrupted our 6 hours on the island. Due to long chair lift lines and bus queues (inspite of having purchased the tickets in advance by the tour company in their office), we were only able to explore Anacapri. We never made it to Capri because there was not enough time. After arriving back from the boat / swim around 3:45 PM, we were told to return to the office at 5 PM for the return ferry. We had to kill about an hour near the marina. Then, we waited an additional half hour in the office before boarding the ferry back. The guide, Marco, was very good.

Activité bien organisée malgré le chaos ambiant de Capri, île bondée en permanence l’été. Luciana a été une très bonne guide très patiente et nous nous sommes sentis bien encadrés malgré le grand groupe que nous étions. Seul bémol, les 6h sur Capri sous 40 degrés humides peuvent paraître très longues puisque tout est très cher et que les bancs sont rarissimes. L’organisateur propose une visite guidée sur le temps libre, ce que nous aurions peut-être dû faire compte tenu de la chaleur.

The day started with a boat ferry across to the island where we were dropped and taken to a small office to tell us information about the day. We had 6 hours on the island which was more than enough time. We did the boat trip at the end of the day, this was quite a large boat & the tour guide gave some commentary on some of the sites but as this was delivered in a lot of languages was very rushed & you could not hear properly. We then went back to the office and was offered one shot of limoncello and had to wait around on the roadside for 45 minutes until the ferry back was ready. All in all felt quite rushed, crowded and no personalisation. In my opinion you would be better off booking a smaller tour.
