Venice: Private Gondola Ride

Really poor experience. The entire ride lasted less than 15mins. As the guide mentioned, if we want the extra 1km of travel and additional sites, we would need to pay €50. Really disappointed. Would not recommend.

It was ok but to short session in the canals

Un giro suggestivo, ma davvero breve

Good all around experience

Would not recommend doing this activity in Venice. Very overpriced for 25 minutes. Went around one block of not great scenery with gondola driver chatting with other drivers or stopped in one place because of boat traffic.

Attenzione

was okay but expected more for this price.

Book direct. Lots of options. This had a large mark up

Honestly it was a scam, our guide kept trying to up sell us and we kept saying no- it made it all very uncomfortable. So disappointing.

Not friendly, we’re not greeted or helped without prompting. Gondola driver was talking with driver in front of us the whole ride. Ride took only about 15 minutes and the canal we saw was run down with garbage . Did not see nice part of Venice except for a couple minutes initially in grand canal.

It was a very short ride of 20 min around a square of buildings. Maybe our expectations were higher but we felt it was too short

The staff weren’t very welcoming, and the ride ended after just 20 minutes instead of the 30 I paid for..
