Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli Walking Tour with Leaning Tower Option

The tour guide was good and clear. However, the meeting point isn’t the meeting point. We waited exactly where the map took us provided on the link. I called the number provided to be told the tour was on a coach from Florence and was not here yet. We waited another 15 minutes and called again with the same answer. I then whatsapped and was told the tour guide was already here. But not at the meeting point and through the arch way. We were finally greeted by a tour guide to be told we were the ones who were late. I was not happy that we were blamed for following the exact meeting point. If it was somewhere else it should have been mentioned.

The tour, Sara, was fantastic! However, we only saw a tiny amount of Pisa - only the area directly outside the Baptistry, cathedral and leaning tower. We went inside the cathedral for a short time. The tour did not even last one hour- started at 3:30pm, finished just after 4:10pm. Also the meeting point details are misleading - the photograph provided is of a building about 100m away from the city gate which is the actual meeting point. 10/10 for Sara, who was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and funny. But 2/10 for the actual itinerary of the tour.
