Full-Day Pisa and Lucca Excursion from La Spezia

the initial bus lines were very confusing. everyone was confused of where to go, which bus was their tour, and who their guide was. this caused a 30 minute delay in leaving, and lots of chaos to register. people were losing their patience and were stresaed on where to be. The tour operator should have signs for each tour, in seperate lines, with the color of the sticker on the sign so people know where to wait and stand.

Our guide, Lumi was lovely, personable, so very friendly and helpful. She guided us from the bus into town and back from both Pisa and Lucaa making for a very enjoyable and stress-free day. They conveniently had water for sale for 1 euro and provided free wifi. We highly recommend this trip! One note for the owner/operator of this tour, you might consider shaving 30 mins off of Pisa and Lucca. The driver nor the guide can avoid traffic, both this tour and our all day Florwnce tour with you arrived back late to the port due to traffic. If you advertise a certain length/time, you need to honor it. And while you can't help traffic, you could plan better.

I was so disappointed with our thrip. We ended up having 4 different tour guides and 3 different buses plus the trip ended up being 2 hours longer than it should have been. This was down to the. Company bring greedy & not putting a separate bus on for our tour. We were passed from pillar to post!!!!! Lucca is a gorgeous city aswell, especially when you compare it to pisa. At Pisa if it wasn’t for the tower (which is amazing) and the churches, no one would visit really. I feel the company need to look into this and look after the customer more than their own greed for money!!!!

My family of 8 had a great day visiting Lucca and Pisa. Lucca was by far our favorite part of the day! We wished we would have had more time. Pisa was nice it was a hot day, no fault of the tour. We were comfortable on a he buses and get had us back to the cruise terminal in plenty of time for it departure. Our guides were knowledgeable, helpful and communicative about the process of the day. I would recommend this tour.
