Lucca: Puccini Opera Recitals in the Church of San Giovanni

The singers far exceeded our expectations and the environment created a perfect stage.

the music, the location the ambience

Fabulous evening, wonderful performances, relaxed and beautiful surroundings.

The setting was perfect as were the acoustics. At 50 minutes as opposed to the promised 60 minutes it was a little short but we did have a great encore. Filming with phones should be banned. It is not enough to hope for good etiquette apparently! The artistes were all three exceptional.

Wonderful way to spend some time in the evening- excellent performances. I would do it again for sure!

A beautiful experience 👍

The tenor was soooo good. i really enjoyed the way the singers and pianist rotated their pieces. it was just enough of each before the next one performed. well done!

Nice setting and great music

This was an amazing experience and on a very high level. Highly recommend it!

A nice evening of Puccini

Fantastic evening! Very professional

Interessante con interpreti altamente professionale

Amazingly proficient singers whose voices fillfilled the church. They obviously enjoyed singing for us. Wide choice of arias from Puccini 's operas. A pleasing modern encore. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.
