Padua: Private Cooking Demo & Meal at a Local's Home

We LOVED our experience with Catia! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and talented! Everything we experienced, from pasta dough making and shaping, to eating, and all of the stories in-between, was first class and made our time in Padua so special! We enjoyed custom-crafted Cecchetti, the amazing Bigoli pasta and sauce, the bonus plates of fresh artichoke and potatoes (that she created on-the-spot), and the most incredible Tiramisu we’ve ever had, all enhanced by a delicious wine. We enjoyed learning about the culinary history of this region and how recipes and pastas are defined by the area, the different flours and corn meals that are used, and how eggs are pasteurized for recipes.
