  Great views from the top of the tower overlooking the Duomo. The pass is worth it as you get to skip the very long queue to the entrance of the cathedral.

  The tower climb was not so bad - we all made it easily. Gorgeous view of Florence from the top. Very few people so that made it great. The Duomo had a lot of construction but it has to be done sometime!

  The tour provider did not disclose prior, that the bell-tower is undergoing renovations and the exterior is extensively clad in scaffolding, obscuring some of the views, which we confirmed on-site. We requested a discount for this portion of the tour, not a full refund, and the seller then accused us of trying to blackmail them when we advised a social media post would follow. They declined the refund, and modified their advertising prior to contacting us noting the scaffolding now in place - definitely not in our original purchase description - which they claim does not obscure the views. I will not purchase a tour from this provider ever again. Their gaslighting and misleading behaviour has left a very bad taste.

  Nous ne sommes pas allés au Campanile, trop chaud même le matin pour monter autant de marches. De l'extérieur, le Duomo est très beau, nous n'avons pas pu le visiter, ma fille étant tombée malade j'ai dû annuler plusieurs visites
