From Taormina: Etna Wineries Small Group Tour with Lunch

It was an excellent day providing an insight to Sicilian wines and gastronomy.

Retki oli kyklä ihana kokemus. Ruokaparitus ensimmäisessä maistelussa oli pelkkä leipä ja oliiviöljy ja lounas oli käytännössä ”tapaslautanen”. Retki taisi kokonaisuudessaan kestää tunnin suunniteltua vähemmän.

Our driver Fabio was fantastic! He was very friendly, upbeat, and professional. He provided us a lot of information along the way about Mount Etna and why it’s important for this region. The wineries were very authentic and beautiful! Overall it was a wonderful experience, our adult children liked it too.

Our guide Roberto S was fantastic, knowledgeable and delightful.. It was a small tour of 4 people plus our guide so it was perfect.. transport was comfortable. Probably would have liked to see the wineries cellars.. but a walk through the Olive grove was interesting as they were harvesting.

We had the best trip exploring some history and experiencing some gorgeous wines. The guide Roberto was so knowledgeable and had a very good sense of humour. I would recommend this tour to anyone! Very fun time.

Super leuke ervaring! Alles was goed geregeld en je kreeg genoeg wijnen om te proeven samen met bijpassende hapjes. Daarnaast ook twee prachtige wijngaarden bezocht. Onze gids Antonio was ook super!

A wonderful and informative day out - the vineyards were authentic and staff welcoming and the stop off at Castiglione di Sicilia a hidden gem. Would highly recommend.

Our guide Tony was fantastic, very knowledgeable and informative. The sights and wineries were breathtakingly amazing. And of course the food and wine delicious. We had a fantastic day and I'd highly recommend this adventure.

+ Good tour in general with beautiful views. + The lunch at the second wine yard was lovely. - The guide should have been better at english, unfortunately he could not answer questions and he was pretty hard to understand. - The first wineyard did not give you apertivo as I think the description said.

Our guide was great - Roberto was fun and informative. The small village was extremely quiet and warm to walk around - although interesting, I question whether this is needed on a food and wine tour.

Great tour. The guide is very knowledgeable, provides a lot of information about Sicily and the local wine production. The tasting is delicious, the wine is excellent.

Roberto was a fantastic guide. He even tried to help us find the location of an old photograph of my great grandparents while we were Castiglione di Sicilia. The whole experience was wonderful and would recommend this tour and Roberto.
