Personne ne s'est présenté au RDV. Nous avons donc non seulement payé un service non rendu mais aussi repayé un audioguide ! Fuyez GET YOUR GUIDE, ils font des resa de masse, ne se préoccupent absolument pas de la qualité des Tours opérators qui gèrent la prestation. Pas de suivi, pas de qualité et tres cher. trouvez absolument un autre moyen de réaliser vos visites !!!!

Bought this months in advanced for this trip. My partner and I left at 7:30am and had every route down to a T. The trains from Roma Ostiense to Tivoli stated they were coming but there were absolutely none running. We stayed on that same platform until 2pm, rebuying more tickets because we thought maybe we got on the wrong platform. However, none were running somehow and we ended up having to go home and wasted an entire day trying to get there. I explained this to GYG and they basically just said aw that sucks. $77 and an entire travel day WASTED when we were really trying our hardest to get there. I heard that tickets at the door were only $14. Incredibly huge waste of money and the second time GYG has failed me. I will never book on this platform again. And recommend all my traveling friends to avoid it as well and to use Viator instead.

We showed up to find office closed as we had difficulty locating and was late.. they said they tried to reach me.. and they did not. I contacted Get Ypur Guide immediately… to cancel, but too late, so they refunded me after I showed proof office was closed. I really appreciated that as we just bought entry tickets to go to the E’state.. it would have been nice to speak with someone live.. but no number, AI robot was responsive.
