From Sorrento: Capri Island Small Group Boat Excursion with Limoncello Tasting

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE BOOKING PROCESS We had a dissapointing experience. Less than 24 hours before our tour, we received a message notifying us of a different time and pick-up location than we had booked. When we contacted them, the representative initially claimed that the time we booked was fully booked the day before. When we pointed out we had booked even earlier than that, she changed her story, saying there was only one boat for the whole day. She ended the call, leaving us without a resolution. When we tried calling back, there was no answer. After speaking with GYG support, she called back and offered a different time, despite earlier claiming no other times were available. We reiterated that we only wanted the original time. She later wrote a message saying they would consider it a no-show if we didn’t show up. To make matters worse she lied to GYG, telling them that we had accepted the change in time and pick-up location. GYG thankfully handled it and got our refund.
