From Rome: Discover Florence and Pisa on a Full-Day Tour

Our driver Fabio and tour guide Ricci were absolutely amazing. They were punctual, professional, fun and friendly. Ricci was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. Fabio's driving was great, we felt very safe. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Both of them helped us take the perfect pictures during our trip. We had a terrific experience. points positifs : seuls dans un mini van confortable et climatisé. Un guide à Florence rien que pour nous. points négatifs : trop de route en une journée. Vraiment dommage car Florence notamment méritait d'y rester plus que 2 heures. L'activité est beaucoup trop chère pour 3 heures de visite au total avec un guide professionnel uniquement à Florence. Nous regrettons fortement ce choix.

The tour was good we enjoyed it, everything was interesting & beautiful Florence was wonderful we loved seeing David and the amazing view overlooking Florence. I do recommend the trip. However things could have gone a little better, everything was a little more rushed than it should have been because of our late start. Our pick up time was between 6:30- 6:45am the driver showed up at 7:00am. The English speaking guide was not with him and still needed to be picked up. We finally left at 7:15am. It was at times difficult to hear the guide I would recommend using headsets to hear her better. With the crowds of people the guide should hold a flag or marker to hold to help locate her. My daughter fell during the first leg of the trip while exiting the vehicle and twisted her ankle. There was almost no concern for her ability to participate in all the walking. She pushed through the pain and limped the entire time. Her ankle was very swollen by the time we returned to Rome

Malak was amazing !!! We went with another group. She was very polite, helped us translate Italian with vendors and restaurants. She made us lunch reservations at Da Pinocchio. The Florentine steak was out of this world. Aware of us at all times. She took photos for us to help capture the memories. She was very knowledgeable. The Galleria dell'Accademia guide Maria had told us stories that we wouldn't have known except for the tour. Alessandro the driver was excellent. They were all very attentive to the needs of the group. We would DEFINITELY do this again.

It was a great, full day. There is a fair bit of travel involved but well worth it. Both places were interesting and beautiful. Seeing the statue of David was something on my bucket list- and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. One thing I would recommend as helpful, however, is if the description include specific instruction that shoulders need to be covered to enter the cathedral in Pisa. It did hinder some in our party because we were not aware that would be an issue there. I think if this noted in special instructions along with comfortable shoes, etc would be helpful
