The sites marked as optional are only visited externally during the full-day walking tour, not on the half-day tour
On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed
Avoid bringing large bags. The Uffizi and Accademia require you to check them in
The Uffizi does not allow visitors to bring liquids inside the museum, so do not bring water bottles. Baby bottles or medicine liquids are acceptable
We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line
The pace was good and we got to learn so much about not only the uffizi and galleria academia, but a lot of the other areas along our path. Our guide was interesting and personable and have great recommendations for our lunch stop too.

We had a rough start. Our guide was not there for the start of the tour due to some sort of scheduling mixup. The company did what it could to make things right. The tour guests were all American, and I was a little embarrassed at how much they hassled the guide about it. We enjoyed the tour very much and learned a lot about Florence. Thanks $

The tour with Marco was great, wandering through the streets of Florence and learning a lot about the Medici family, Michelangelo and the Renaissance. Visiting the David and the Uffizi galleries was great with the express tour of the main sites. We had time at the end to continue to explore the Uffizi. Had a great time but the price of the tour was comparably high to other tours where we did a lot more.

Very nice tour on what was probably the hottest day of summer this year in Firenze. Elia was patient and knowledgeable answering many different questions about the tour and more. We focused on the main art pieces but I honestly found this enough at the end of our almost 3,5 hours.

i think ivwas overcharged. i paid $1100 for a four hour tour for six people. the tpur was 3.5 hours only and very little information ouyside the academie and the uffizi. not our guide's fault, but i think i am owed a refund. did you charge me twice?

Florence is very busy and venues were over crowded. Both David and Uffizi venues were waited in line for at least 15 - 20 minutes each. Our guide was knowledgeable. Not worth the price.

We were signed up for a more exclusive tour, but bumped to a larger group. We were issued a partial refund so that was ok. Unfortunately we had to wait in line for a long time and had to skip many of the parts of the original tour. Our guide did her best, but we felt that she spent too much time focusing on lots of details and that time could have been spent seeing more at the Ufizi. Not her fault, she was doing what she felt was best with what time she had.

Tour was a little long. Cosette was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. Provided a ton of information, and while we appreciate her depth of knowledge, we wanted more of the highlights vs in depth details. Understandably this is very hard to do as there is SO much history and information. The tour can be 30-45minutes shorter.

We had one of the best guides on any historical/art tour we have done. Considering how busy it was she glided us through with great depth of knowledge and at times a little humour. After a 3 hour tour we may have had tired legs but a more exquisite brain to discuss over coffee.

The guide that was assigned to us… told us to meet her at a specific time right after we were finished in the Academia and when I went out she was gone….. There was no response when I tried calling the help number… lucky for me I was able to join another one of the Tour guys that had a flag and she helped me join up with the guide that had left me behind Missed out on receiving the history on the Duomo Very disappointing
