Guide waited in wrong line and this delayed our entry. Did not convey info based on size of crowd before entry to crowded areas. Not good use of time. Knowledgeable, but not well organized. Whisper hearing devices provided by company did not work for group participants.

Le temps pour accéder au musée est un peu long mais pendant l'attente la guide nous a présenté l'histoire de Florence et notamment des Medicis

Even at the end of March, it was very crowded and difficult to see art work close up. This isn't the fault of the guide but it is frustrating.
