Following the new instructions from Pompeii Archaeological Park, here you are the new rules applied to the ticketing system from November 15th:
⁠ ⁠your licensed guide will also be your group leader: her\his name must be added to the admission tickets to Pompeii Archaeological Park.
⁠ ⁠If you won’t be present at the correct meeting point at the right time, you won’t be able to receive your tickets, even if included in the price you paid.
⁠ ⁠Your guide will be allowed to wait for you up to 10 minutes after the starting time, not longer than this: tickets can be collected only at the ticket office, we can’t send digital tickets for any reason.
⁠ ⁠We all must respect the time slots of the admission tickets: that’s why you can’t reschedule your activity or delay it.
