Rome: Tuscany Day Trip with Vineyard Lunch and Wine Tasting

Tour seemed rushed while we were driving, but yet there was nothing to do upon arrival. No suggestions or tips from the tour glide about what to do in the little villages we were in. Strange trip with little historical knowledge from the guide. Between the 3 wine samples, it didn’t amount to a single glass, while other tables were getting glass after glass filled up and multiple serving meat and cheese, while our section was completely ignored. We weren’t checked on and left to “wander”. We also needed to come back to pick up a couple who didn’t feel like coming with us to the next stop. Beautiful sights, but poor service and disappointing tour.

The trip overall was good but it is a tour and it is the luck of the draw as to who is on the tour with you. On our trip there was a family of like five or seven and a couple in their late thirties one of whom had the temperment of a small child and complained that he needed fresh air/was going to pass out so we made an unscheduled stop at a gas station and again on the way back to a pharmacy - all to the discernment of his husband who seemed embarrassed. Mind you he had no trouble when it came to touring the towns or eating the food - only on the bus which seemed sus. Anyway the food was excellent, the trip overall was well worth the money. Shout out to the perfume shop the prices there were excellent. The guide was good he made the tour seem like a conversation and not a college lecture wheich was unique I tipped him ten euros and the best he could do was a limp left-handed hand shake, afterwhich I wished I could have untipped him.

A well organised day trip to Tuscany. Wine tasting experience is excellent with different variety of local red wine provided. The wine cellar tour is informative as well. Highly recommended it to anyone who wants a relaxing day trip to Tuscany regions for sightseeing. Special thanks to Mario who is experienced and knowledgeable to make the trip memorable.

Поездка прошла замечательно, большое спасибо нашему гиду Aubin, опытный и весёлый парень, он рассказал много интересных историй и фактов пока мы были в дороге, поэтому нам не пришлось скучать во время поездки. Так же хотелось отметить дегустацию вина. Обычно на дегустациях подают небольшие закуски и блюда и по одному бокалу вина каждого сорта. В нашем случае вино лилось рекой и блюда все время пополнилась, это было невероятное гастрономическое удовольствие, плюс ко всему семья которая нас принимала была супер милая, они рассказывали интересные истории и делились опытом. Ну а виды Тосканы и маленьких городов несомненно восторгают. Большое спасибо

Trip was nice, but the guide rambled about everything. Started with one story, jumped to the next and then to the next and then came back to the first story. Too many facts, names, stories were not tied to each other. It was exhausting to listen and at some point just tried not to listen any more. The trip itself was nice. The countryside is beautiful and plenty of time to see things. The food was not good. Just a pasta dish. I ate only few bites. When not drinking wine, water was the only other option. No one offered anything else to drink.
