Mozzarella Experience at a Puglian Farm

It was ok, thought it would be more interactive. Liked the place not a fan of the cheese

This was an amazing experience. Lucia was a great host, we loved seeing the caseificio and the cheese tasting at the end was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! 15/10

C'était parfait, les organisateurs etaient sympathiques et la démonstration était très intéressante

Super expérience de la fabrication de la mozzarella et de la burrata avec visite de la chambre froide où sont stockés tous les fromages. Guide très gentille. Dégustation des produits de la ferme est en fait un picnic très copieux et délicieux. Possibilité d acheter les produits . Je recommande vivement.

We had a great time! The farm is gorgeous, the animals are treated very well. The tour was very informative, Lucia was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting that we had was delicious- we loved everything. The products are of great quality- definitely check out their store. Couldn't recommend it more! It's a must!

It was interesting seeing how the cheese was made and I liked the food tasting at the end - much more than I expected.Our guide was so nice and even helped when we kissed the first tour and moved us to the 11:45.

Very interesting tour of a working farm. Learned about the making of different cheeses and had a lovely light lunch

The cheese maker Rocco was excellent, demonstrating how mozzarella was made and shaped. The tasting was excellent with a basket of local produce including the mozzarella and wine.

La visite était très interessante et une très belle découverte ! La surprise pour nous a été d’avoir le droit à une vraie dégustation des fromages que nous avions vu en fabrication , dégustation très généreuse !! Je ne mangerais plus jamais pareil la mozzarella, burrata … incroyable !
