Lazise: Beekeeping Farm Tour & Tasting Experience with Local Honey and Wine

We had an amazing experience! Our guide was very kind and passionate about her farm, bees and honey which made the experience even better! After the tour we tasted different kinds of honey and were amazed by the difference in flavour. After that we enjoyed some wine and home made goodies which were delicious! I would 1000% recommed this tour and would like to visit again myself as well!

We visited this in July 2025 with our two children (10 and 7). The owner (Rafaella) was a fantastic tour guide, teaching us all about the herbs and vegetables she grows, how the bees live and work inside the hives and even giving us the chance to video the bees. The highlight was the end where we were able to try a number of different honeys, and we were then treated to some homemade foods, some dessert and even some wine. Throughout, she was excellent with the kids, who were fascinated. Would definitely recommend.

Perfekt!!! Wir vier waren allein mit Raffaella und sie hat uns ihre Farm gezeigt, mit allem was sie und ihr Mann hier anbauen. Wir konnten Kräuter und Obst probieren. Haben dann viel über die Bienenzucht erfahren und wurden zum Schluss zu einem leckeren Imbiss eingeladen, um alles das zu probieren, was Raffaella selbst herstellt. Zudem den Wein, den ihrer Familie produziert, dessen Trauben aber von ihrer Farm stammen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Raffaella ist sehr freundlich und geht auch gut auf kleine Kinder mit deren vielen Fragen ein.

The tour of the farm, honey tasting and food tasting was better than we could have hoped. Raffaella was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to show us her family farm and produce. We learnt a lot about bees and the different flavours of honey which can be produced from different plants. The cherry on top of the morning was the food and wine prepared by the family! Completely unexpected but very very tasty :) - couldn't have asked for a better morning. I would definitely recommend, it is only a 10 min drive from Peschiera del Garda.
