From Milan: Florence Day Trip by Train & Guided Walking Tour

This was the worst travel agency experience I have ever had. I booked a Florence tour, but the instructions were unclear and the support was completely inadequate when a problem occurred. As a foreign traveler, I needed clear guidance about the train, meeting point, and procedure, but I was left confused and unsupported. I arrived early, waited in bad weather, spent hours at the station trying to get help, and wasted extra money on taxis. In the end, I could not go to Florence at all, and my travel schedule was ruined. Even worse, instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, the company blamed the customer. Their communication was poor, their emergency support was useless, and their complaint handling was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this company. Avoid this agency if you do not want your trip to be ruined. They should take responsibility and provide a full refund.
