Taormina: Nemosub Submarine Experience with Dolphin Spotting

Expérience très décevante sur plusieurs points : aucune consigne de sécurité, un guide qui n’a pas ouvert la bouche du trajet , beaucoup de monde par session, très peu de poissons, passage rapide devant la fameuse grotte, aucune épave… bref, aucun intérêt par rapport à une excursion en bateau classique (tout le monde est monté sur le pont quand on s’est rendu compte qu’on ne verrait rien d’autre que de l’eau à l’intérieur). Ce n’est rien d’autre qu’un attrape touriste, c’est de l’argent jeté à l’eau et du temps perdu.

This was a nice and enjoyable boat trip, and we did see some fish and underwater views. However, we were expecting to see more underwater, especially since the experience was advertised as a submarine tour. We had previously taken a private motorboat tour that visited many of the same locations, so the above-water portion felt somewhat repetitive for us. That wasn’t necessarily a problem, but the main reason we booked this tour was to experience the underwater views, and we were hoping for more in that regard. The captain’s commentary was informative, and we were fortunate to have a lovely Italian family on board who kindly helped interpret for us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend this tour, particularly for families with children. It is reasonably priced compared with other boat tours, and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun. Das U-Boot ist toll. Unterhalb auch nicht zu eng. Mir ist allerdings sehr schnell übel geworden, wenn man unten sitzt. Sehr schön war es, dass man sich auch bewegen konnte und per Leiter aufs obere Deck klettern konnte. Fische hat man kaum gesehen. An der Isola Bella waren welche aber Delfine sind Quatsch. Insgesamt würde ich das nie wieder machen.

Es war wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis für uns alle. Mein kleiner Sohn (1,5 Jahre) bekam eine Sicherheitsweste um, was wir sehr gut fanden und er und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß! Es ist hell im unteren Teil des Bootes. Die Reling könnten etwas höher bzw. dichter sein für Kleinkinder, aber wir haben uns dennoch sicher gefühlt. Super netter Kapitän. Gerne wieder!
