Catania Sail Tour of the Cyclops Coast with Sicilian Aperitif

We left a little later than expected (2.15pm), despite people turning up 30 mins early. might be better to add the €20 extra charge as part of main price to save time? only a small idea, it didnt bother us too much. The trip itself was smooth, relaxing and comfortable but nothing of real interest along the way. The tour doesnt really go anywhere interesting, sails along the coastline which isnt the prettiest. There was a stop off, with an opportunity to swim and dive, snorkel etc but sadly I thought the water was filthy, the entire trip the water had many pieces of litter/trash which is always very upsetting. Plastic bottles, bags, every few metres. This is not the fault of the ladies on the boat, they were lovely.. but it did spoil the trip slightly. If you want to switch off and relax its a good trip. if you want to see things of interest maybe pick something else.

Toller Trip mit zwei sehr netten Guides (Gabrielle&Gabriella), die auch etwas zur Umgebung oder der sizilianischen Lebensart allgemein erklärt haben. Man hatte genug Zeit, das Wasser zu genießen, Ausrüstung zum schnorcheln oder zum SUP fahren, waren hochwertig! Die kleinen Snacks waren sehr liebevoll zubereitet/angerichtet. Es gab auch alkoholfreie Getränke. Würde die Tour jederzeit nochmal machen!

Very disappointing experience. I had to cancel my tour due to a sudden health issue. I contacted customer support a full day before the scheduled tour and explained my situation in detail. I sent multiple messages explaining that I was genuinely unwell and unable to attend. Despite contacting them in advance and providing an explanation regarding my health, they refused to provide a refund or any reasonable solution. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of understanding and empathy from customer support. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but I believe genuine medical circumstances should be treated with some flexibility, especially when the customer contacts you 24 hours before the tour.

Das Segeln auf dem offenen Meer war richtig cool, wir hatte auch etwas höhere Wellen. Salvatore und sein Vater Giovanni waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und uns wurde viel erklärt über diesen Küstenabschnitt. Wir sind in wundervolles blaues Wasser geschwommen, selbst unter Wasser blau. Dank der Tauchermaske mit oder ohne Schnorchel, konnte man wunderbar die Fische sehen, Standuppaddel war auch möglich. Wir wurden wunderbar bewirtet, es gab einen hervorragenden Prosecco und kleine italienische Spezialitäten. Ein gelungener Segeltörn und wunderbare Stimmung am Bord. Danke für diese wunderbare Fahrt.

Insgesamt eine schöne Tour. Allerdings war das Meer am Nachmittag sehr unruhig, und es ist viel Teilnehmern schlecht geworden. Ich würde daher empfehlen, bei entsprechender Disposition die Vormittags Tour zu wählen. Wir haben auch keine Delfine gesehen, die man aber wohl nur sehr selten zu Gesicht bekommt. Es wurde auch nicht geschnorchelt. Wir hatten einen etwa einstündigen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von drei beeindruckenden Felsblock, wo wir zwischen anderer Schiffen schwimmen konnten, was insgesamt schön war.
