It is essential to contact us the day before your excursion. Please use the telephone number provided on your voucher to reach out.
When booking, ensure you provide the name of your hotel and two contact numbers.

If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe on the scheduled day, you may choose between rescheduling the tour or receiving a full refund, otherwise the tour will proceed as planned, and it will be non-refundable.
