All participants must present a valid original ID; photos or photocopies are not accepted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details and selecting the correct ticket type, matching the ID and the age on the day of the visit. Any errors may result in denied access without refund.
Check-in takes place at Touristation Aracoeli, Piazza Ara Coeli 16 (near Piazza Venezia), identified by orange flags and the fountain. The selected time refers to the check-in time. Before entering the Colosseum, visitors must first tour the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, which usually takes about 2 hours.
The Guided City Walking Tour (daily in English) includes Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain & the Spanish Steps.
Entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill costs €24 for adults and €0 for children aged 0–17; the remaining amount covers the additional services included in the package.
Visitors with disabilities enter free of charge; booking is not recommended for them.
